While I am originally, from Philadelphia and having graduated from Temple University with a BA in Psychology and 17 years in state government, we embarked on a new business venture in Montego
Bay, Jamaica. After my wife and I closed our business in 1996, we arrived in Venice, Florida, sight unseen with two children and a Golden Retriever. We quickly realized that we found our slice of
paradise. Venice had a small-town feel with friendly and community involved people.
Our children were fortunate to attend Venice High School and graduate from The University of South Florida and Florida State University. We owned and operated a couple of businesses in Sarasota and Venice. After closing those businesses, in 2003, I became a Realtor® and through “the good times” and “the bad times”, I remained committed to my real estate business.
Over the years, I am happy to say that many of my clients and customers have become close friends. For me, the real estate business has always been a relationship business. I treat my clients and customers, as I would expect my family and friends to be treated in any real estate transaction, with integrity, respect and that their best interests always come first. One of my many goals has been to
develop a team of Realtors, administrative and marketing staff that reflects my same principles and ideals. Thus, I have formed the Compass Group Florida team with the same enthusiasm, dedication,
and personalized service. Our team is dedicated to representing each and every client and customer as an individual with specific real estate needs and interests.

I'm Ukrainian-speaking four languages: Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and English. I live in North Port currently. Before relocating to Florida, I lived in Up State New York, and worked in healthcare for a while. Once, we had a vacation in a beautiful city Naples and since then we fell in love with the Sunshine State, and decided to move to Florida - with my husband Andriy and daughter Daniella, which was one of the best decisions ever. Florida - sunny weather, its diverse population, delectable food and exciting attractions make it a particularly interesting place to live. I am originally from Virginia and moved to Florida with my family 7 years ago! I am the oldest of 4 kids and some of my favorite things to do with my family is go to the beach and play pickleball. Southwest Florida is home to the best beaches I’ve ever been to. It’s paradise! Every time I see the sunset I am reminded of how blessed I am to live here. I am so thankful that my parents made the decision to move down here, and I know you won’t regret moving to Florida either!
